1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package your return securely with the RMA number clearly marked
- Ship the item to the provided return address
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or personalized items
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either:
- Replacing the item at no additional cost
- Issuing a full refund including shipping costs
- Offering store credit with additional bonus value
6. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
